David prosecutes and defends in all areas of criminal law. Prior to taking Silk, David was on the 'A' panel on the Attorney-General's list of Counsel approved to prosecute criminal cases of great weight, complexity and public importance. He was commended in The Legal 500 (2009) as a leading junior in fraud cases and, as a QC, continues to be instructed in complex cases. News
