Graeme Logan
1998
Graeme's practice concentrates almost exclusively on serious criminal cases. He has a wide experience both prosecuting and defending either alone or being led in the most serious and complex cases in the criminal calendar including homicide; multi-handed conspiracies; serious sexual offences and violence. Graeme also has experience in military law and was appointed legal advisor to the Deputy Commander of London District sitting as President to an Army Board directed Board of Inquiry.
Recent CasesR v Watts Represented defendant charged with assault ( further reading: News, 18th August 2010). Reading Crown Court, 06 August 2010 R v Newman Secured acquittal of Irish Guardsman accused of racially motivated affray in the City of London. Newman and a friend of his were accused of attacking a group of Sri Lankan tourists in the City earlier this year. Newman was unanimously acquitted after the jury heard evidence of how he intervened to break up a fight that had erupted involving two of his friends. Old Baily, August/ September 2010
