Continuing Professional Development

Chambers is committed to offering its clients barristers who are highly skilled as advocates and up to date with recent developments in the law. We keep our members up to date with e-mails about the latest developments and an ongoing programme of training seminars.

Expertise in Advocacy

In addition to specific legal topics, Chambers recognises that the key skill for barristers is expertise in advocacy. We run in-house training programmes for pupils and junior tenants and many of our members are approved advocacy trainers for the Inns of Court. They teach advocacy and professional ethics to pupils, new practitioners and some are involved as teacher trainers, teaching those who have more recently been approved as trainers to further their teaching skills. Involvement in advocacy teaching is shown on the web pages of individual barristers.
