The Criminal Justice Act 2003 Seminars

The changes in the Criminal Justice Act 2003 will soon to be upon us and in preparation 15 New Bridge Street are running a series of seminars for solicitors and barristers to draw attention to these changes and highlight the impact they will have.

Approved by the Judicial Studies Board (JSB), these seminars, to be given between 21 Feb and 9 March, will be presented by barristers from Chambers who are qualified as Recorders of the Crown Court and who have recently attended an intensive 3 day Judicial Seminar focusing on the Act.

Issues around Case Management, Bad Character and Hearsay Evidence are being covered over the series and because of the large volume of material involved, each will be dealt with on a separate evening. Each series of seminars will be repeated over the three weeks.

For further information along with details of current availability, please contact Lisa Young on 020 7842 1926.
