Successful defence in first case brought to trial by the Pensions Regulator

Ann Mulligan recently defended successfully in a pensions fraud. This was the first case brought to trial by the Pensions Regulator.

The Finance Director of the company involved was alleged to have fraudulently evaded payment of employees pension contributions. He was aquitted on the direction of the Judge following five days of evidence.
