Section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006 - A Section Too Far?

John Burton's article, "A Section Too Far?" dealing with section 1 of the Terrorism Act 2006, has been published in the Index On Censorship journal, Volume 37, Number 3, 2008, titled, "Extremism".

Other contributors to this edition of the journal include, Sir Ken Macdonald QC, Tony McNulty, MP, Home Office Minister, Dominic Grieve QC, Shadow Home Secretary, John Mortimer QC, Imran Khan, Solicitor, Loiuse Christian, Solicitor, Professor Conor Gearty.
