Team from 15 New Bridge Street instructed on behalf of anti-army Anglian Regiment protest in Luton Town 10th March 2009

Neil Mercer, Kyri Argyropoulos, Anand Beharrylal, Sonal Dashani & Archangelo Power have been instructed to represent 6 out of 7 defendants involved in a protest against a welcome parade in Luton in March this year.

The incident also involved other protesters believed to be members of the BNP who were separately dealt with. All defendants deny having used abusive or threatening language or behaviour during a protest at the Royal Anglian Regiment.

The defendants are due to appear in Court for trial estimated to last between 5 and 6 days and involve a number of Human Rights issues, early in January 2010.
