James Mulholland defends in 'dealer in death' case![]() James Mulholland represented the wife (Mrs HMP) of a former soldier described in court as a 'dealer in death' (Mr PA). Mr PA created 'assassination kits' from replica guns and ammunition which he sold to serious criminals and which were linked to the gangs involved in the Rhys Jones killing in Liverpool. Mrs HMP was initially also accused of being involved in the gun running operation but the prosecution later accepted a plea of guilty to a money laundering charge for which she received a community sentence.
