Airline Bombers' Trial![]() A number of alleged terrorists were arrested in London High Wycombe in August 2006. They were charged with conspiracy to blow up aircraft killing passengers in the process. Three of them were represented by members of 15 New Bridge Street. After two trials the alleged ringleader was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. He must serve a minimum of 40 years imprisonment before he can be considered for parole. Two other defendants were acquitted on this charge. They await a decision on whether they must face a third trial on a lesser charge.
