John Burton completes the public access course and becomes registered with the Bar Council to conduct public access work

John completed the Public Access Course earlier this year at the College of Law and has become licensed by the Bar Council to conduct Public Access Work, namely work where instructions can be obtained directly from a client rather than through a Solicitor.

Public Access work does not extend to criminal work at the present time. John currently undertakes Public Access Work in Regulatory and other areas of work.
