City Banker Acquitted
Today Archangelo Power secured the acquittal of a city banker following allegations of Public Order Offences in which his partner had been assaulted at Harrow on the Hill tube station. Following skilful cross examination of two prosecution witnesses by defence counsel, the Crown elected to offer no evidence before half time submissions were made, thus bringing to an end criminal proceedings which potentially jeopardised both this defendants high profile career and job respectively. The defendant was duly found not guilty and a defendants costs order awarded.
