John Burton Represents AI, an Alleged Member of “The Blackburn Resistance”

John Burton as Leading Junior represents AI, who is currently facing charges of preparing for acts of terrorism, disseminating terrorist publications and possessing documents likely to be useful to a terrorist.

The Prosecution allege that AI is a member of a trio who called themselves "the Blackburn Resistance" and filmed themselves on military style manoeuvres in Blackburn Park. All the charges are denied by AI.

The case is being heard at Manchester Crown Court and is estimated to last 4 weeks.
