Liam Walker, recently concluded the trial of a defendant, who was unanimously acquitted of all counts, including murder.

The defendant admitted to stabbing two of four intruders that entered his home on the evening of 10th September 2009 but maintained that he had acted in self defence at all times.

The Crown alleged that the defendant had not acted in self defence but had rather acted "in cold blooded revenge" whilst stabbing the men in various parts of their bodies, including their back.

On 2nd March 2010 the jury returned unanimous verdicts of not guilty on all counts.
