Graeme Logan successfully defends Chinese national accused of running £750,000 cannabis farm

Graeme Logan successfully defended the first defendant charged with the production of cannabis. Z and two others were arrested at a disused premises in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. Found along with them were over 800 fully mature cannabis plants that were part of a sophistcated hydroponic set up. Z claimed he had been forced to tend the plants by an organised criminal gang.

The hearing was held at Derby Crown Court on the 29th April, and the defendant was found not guilty.
