Ian Boyes successfully defends alleged importer of 4kg of Cocaine

After a 4 day trial at the Crown Court at Chelmsford, Ian Boyes secured the acquittal of
'EG' upon a single charge of conspiring to import 4kg of nearly pure Cocaine from
California.

The Care home worker explained that he did not know what was in the parcel despite an undercover Police Operation linking him to the drugs. On the 14th June 2010, after just short of 2 hours deliberation, the Jury returned with a unanimous acquittal.
