James Mulholland Defends in Multi-Million Pound Cannabis Trial

James Mulholland defended in R v F and others, a multi million pound cannabis supply trial at Basildon Crown Court. Several tonnes worth £11 million in total were imported in consignments of cucumbers destined for the drugs market across the United Kingdom and enough to stretch end to end across the island from Land's End to John O'Groats.

The Serious Organised Crime Agency was on to the gang, however, and officers had begun to conduct observations. A consignment of the cannabis was taken to a depot in Orsett, Essex to be unloaded and then distributed to couriers acting on behalf of large scale dealers from around the country. The jury were in retirement for three days before eventually convicting.
