Two females in civil partnership cleared by military court of attacking police

The two women were serving in the Army in Gutersloh Germany when it was said that they attacked Royal Military Police Officer who were investigating an allegation of assault on another female.

Graeme Logan and Justin Hugheston-Roberts representing were able to stop that case from proceeding after the first witness for the Crown had been called by successfully arguing a major material irregularity in the investigation and charging process.
