David Aaronberg QC and Nichola Higgins prosecute former Mishcon de Reya partner who joined a plot to gain £18million from a Swiss bank in a fraud. The three men used letters and bank accounts to attempt to trick the bank into a loan of £18 million. Two of the men have already pleaded guilty and the trial of the third continues.
