2001
Archangelo specialises predominantly in criminal defence work which includes all types of serious crime such as murder, terrorism, armed robberies, burglary, violent disorders, with an emphasis however on firearms,drugs and all gang related matters. Other areas of expertise include, Court Martial Work, Coroner's Inquiries, Judicial Review, Proceeds of Crime, Prison Law as well as Mental Health & Road Traffic. He is able to draw on his vast expertise both from the military and academic background having lectured in crime, criminal procedure and evidence and Tort respectively. Recent Cases- R v LD & Ors unanimously acquitted of an alleged Affray, outside Snaresbrook Crown Court
- R v H Not guilty verdict recorded in respect of allegations concerning S66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003
- R v AK Conspiracy to supply Class A drugs Oxford CC. Led by Kyri Argyropoulos the Crown offered no evidence at the close of the prosecution case
- R v 'X' Unanimously Acquitted of S18 GBH, namely breaking a victims leg with a baseball bat notwithstanding 3 witnesses who allegedly witnessed the incident and knew the defendant
- R v 'Y' Secured only acquittal in a multi-handed murder trial at Cambridge CC in November 2009, where the victim a Polish national had been kicked to death by a number of Lithuanian nationals
