• R v Y Multiple rape of a step daughter over 11 year period: secured a stay after arguing abuse of process before resident judge

• R v A Secured an acquittal in relation to defendant accused of forcing marriage of complaint aged 14 and subjecting her to rape and violence over an 11 year period. Background being Pakistani Honour & Violence in the marriage.
