Dominic Benthall

Dominic defends and prosecutes cases at all levels.

Defence

In 2010, he has been instructed to defend in a 12-handed conspiracy to supply Class ‘A' drugs (Kingston CC - ongoing), a multi-handed s.18 GBH / violent disorder case (Snaresbrook CC - ongoing) and several sexual offences and has been privately instructed on driving cases.

Prosecution

He is also currently prosecuting a 7-handed conspiracy to defraud (led junior) at Ipswich CC. He has recently concluded a substantial case of fraudulent trading (led junior) at the same court.
