Dominic Benthall

Dominic defends and prosecutes in cases at all levels. In addition to a busy Crown Court practice, he has appeared before the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
Dominic's defence work includes aggravated burglary, grievous bodily harm, false imprisonment and drug offences. As second prosecution junior, he recently acted in a conspiracy to commit long-firm frauds and launder money. He is currently instructed by the Serious Fraud Office in two cases to be heard in 2009.
Dominic also has considerable experience in military Courts Martial.
