Joseph Giret1985Joseph has been involved at all levels of heavyweight crime, and is currently instructed in terrorist trials. Joseph is also a specialist in Military Law, and regularly practices Army Courts Martial work in this country and abroad [he played a leading role for the first defendant in, what was the first case of alleged Iraqi abuse to come to trial, in Osnabruck, Germany – known as the ‘Bread Basket’ case]. Joseph has recently been instructed in a murder trial as leading junior counsel, and has acted as junior counsel in numerous other murder trials. Joseph maintains a practice in regulatory work, having appeared on behalf of pharmacists and doctors at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and the General Medical Council on numerous occasions. News
