Neil Ross
2006
Neil is instructed in all aspects of criminal work including serious violence, sexual offences, drug offences and confiscation. While Neil predominately defends, he has experience of prosecuting for a number of bodies, including Local Authorities, the UK Border Agency, and Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. He has particular experience in offences of fraud, and in representing young offenders. Recent Cases- R v A Represented a 14 year-old defendant tried with an adult in the Crown Court where the main prosecution witness refused to give evidence due to intimidation said to have been caused by the defendants
- R v H Acted on behalf of a 15 year-old defendant tried with two others for sexual assault and false imprisonment
- R v C Instructed in a benefit fraud case involving fitness to plead issues
