Patrick both defends and prosecutes in cases at all levels. Patrick has appeared as both lead and junior counsel in a wide range of cases including attempted murder, grievous bodily harm, kidnap, blackmail, serious sexual offences, firearms, drug offences, money laundering and confiscation proceedings. Patrick prosecutes on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service (including the Special Casework Unit), various local authorities and Trading Standards. In addition, Patrick has wide experience of prison law and practices Courts Martial work in this country and abroad.
