Patrick Upward QC
1972 (QC 1996)
Patrick is a specialist criminal practitioner with particular expertise in terrorist cases, white collar crime and serious criminal offences. Being a competent computer user he is regularly instructed to either prosecute or defend complicated white collar crime. He also prosecutes and defends cases involving drugs, murder and organised crime. News
- Mousa Brown acquitted of terrorism charges

Patrick Upward QC and Kyri Argyropoulos recently secured the acquittal of Martin Schofield on charges of conspiring to supply over 350kg of cocaine from Colombia via Spain Costa Rica, France and Jamaica. 21 June 2007
