Robert Ward

2007

Robert's practice is predominately criminal defence. He has particular skills in dealing with young offenders and handling difficult clients. In addition to the common features of a varied criminal practice, Robert also has particular knowledge of fraud and related matters.

He is regularly instructed in the Crown Court for all types of hearing and has conducted Crown Court trials in matters such as Violent Disorder, Robbery, GBH and Witness Intimidation. He has also enjoyed considerable success in the Court of Appeal.

Robert also accepts instructions in immigration and asylum appeals.

  • R v Gregory and others Represented one of four defendants charged with conspiracy to commit cash in transit robberies and conspiracy to launder the proceeds
