Robert Ward

Robert's practice is predominately criminal defence. He deals with all areas of criminal work and has a broad experience of proceedings in the Magistrates' and Youth Court. He has particular skills in dealing with young offenders and handling difficult clients. In addition to the common features of a varied criminal practice, Robert also has particular knowledge of fraud and related matters.

He is regularly instructed in the Crown Court for all types of hearing and has conducted Crown Court trials in matters such as Violent Disorder, Attempted Robbery, ABH and Handling Stolen Goods. He has also enjoyed success in the Court of Appeal.

Robert also accepts instructions in immigration and asylum appeals.
