Tim Banks
1983
Tim has substantial experience, having prosecuted and defended in a wide variety of serious cases. In the last ten years he has tended to specialise in defence work. He has been instructed in major and complex cases involving drug importation and supply. In addition he has acted, both in London and the provinces, in cases of murder, manslaughter, kidnapping, rape, sexual offences against children, armed robbery, blackmail, fraud and private motoring offences. - R v N Durbidge Counsel for the defendant. The latter was a mortgage broker charged with a serious ‘glassing' offence
