Tim Bowden

2003

Tim has been instructed to prosecute and defend in a wide range of criminal offences, including firearms trading; kidnap, blackmail and false imprisonment; rape and sexual assaults; serious violence; threats to kill; robbery; drugs supply, and dishonesty offences, including fraud and money laundering. He is experienced in high value confiscation proceedings and appellate work. He is a grade 3 prosecutor for the CPS.

• Appeal upheld limiting police powers of arrest
  Tim Bowden appeared for the applicant Fraser Wood in a case stated appeal to the Divisional Court following a dismissal of his appeal by HHJ Bevan QC at Luton Crown Court.
